About Real World Foundation

Real World Foundation, Inc. was incorporated in New York State in 2003. The Asthma Free School Zone (AFSZ) is its first and only program.

With asthma rates at all-time highs, the AFSZ program began in 2002, aiming to improve the health of New York City urban communities by reducing the prevalence of environmental factors linked to asthma.
