With asthma rates at all-time highs, the Asthma Free School Zone program in 2002 to improve the health of New York City urban communities by reducing the prevalence of environmental factors linked to asthma.

    Real World Foundation, Inc. was incorporated in New York State in 2003. The Asthma Free School Zone is its first and only program.
